A Warm Reunion

Upon arriving at the center, we were greeted with warm smiles and heartfelt welcomes from Andrew and the team. It’s always a privilege to reconnect with such dedicated individuals who share our commitment to preserving and understanding history. The camaraderie we share with the crew at the center is truly special, and it’s moments like these that make our trips all the more memorable.

Refreshing Break

During our visit, we decided to take a quick break and enjoy some refreshments. We had a beer and an iced coffee, and I was genuinely surprised by how good they were. Wow, really good! Don't forget, they also serve food here, and it's pretty good as well. This unexpected delight added a refreshing touch to our visit.

Looking Ahead

As we chatted with Andrew, we discussed our plans for the next adventure. We’re excited to announce that our upcoming trip will involve walking over the Death Railway, an experience that promises to be both poignant and enlightening. Andrew’s expertise will undoubtedly enrich our understanding of this historic site, and we are eager to delve deeper into the stories of those who endured its hardships.

A Brief Farewell

After our visit, we headed back to Bangkok, our hearts full of anticipation for the next chapter of our research. While we may be leaving Kanchanaburi for now, we know we will return soon with the St. Andrews team, ready to continue our exploration and uncover more stories from the past.

Coffee Review

During our visit, we decided to take a quick break and enjoy some refreshments. We had a beer and a double shot iced latte, and I was genuinely surprised by how good it was. The iced latte was strong and really, really good—so good that I am going to make this a regular coffee stop. We gave it a solid 5 out of 5. Don't forget, they also serve food here, and it's pretty good as well. This unexpected delight added a refreshing touch to our visit, and we’ll definitely be adding this spot to our tour break roster in the future.
